South America and Africa

From our main collection:

- Tanzania Kokoa Kamili 72% cacao: with notes of cherry, berry, raisins and hints of lemon tang
 

Microbatch: 

- Colombia Tumaco 72% cacao: with notes of cocoa, chocolatey, dried fruit. This is our limited run.

- New York Rye Bread:  made with Peru Ucayali cacao beans, local A2/A2 milk and our local Acme's New York Rye. It is delicious, with texture of breadcrumbs. A crowd's favorite!
