Africa and Asia

From our main collection:

- Ben Tre Vietnam 72% cacao: with notes of dried fruit, brown sugar, hints of tobacco on a solid chocolate background

- Tanzania Kokoa Kamili 72% cacao:  Fruity! Cherries, berries, raisins, plums, slight lemon tang on a nice bright chocolate background.

Microbatch:

- Winegum: our Madagascar Bejofo Estate 70% cacao, topped with Apple and Quince winegum. They pair together beautifully.
